- Self-delivery from the plant
If you are nearby, you can personally pick up your order from our factory at the address Kharkiv region, Podvorki village, Sumska Shlyah street, 47b. We welcome you to inspect the product before purchase.
- Any convenient method of delivery as agreed
We aim to make things as convenient as possible for our customers by offering a choice of delivery methods and the option to arrange custom delivery. Payment information

- Cash payment for self-collection
You have the option to pay for your order in cash when you receive the products directly at our plant located at the following address: Sumska Shlyah str., 47b, Podvorki village, Kharkiv region, Ukraine. In this scenario, you will receive the goods along with all necessary documents, such as a sales receipt or delivery note. Please note that we only accept payment in Ukrainian hryvnias.
- Cashless payment
If you prefer to make cashless payments, we can send you an invoice via email after you place an order. The invoice will include all the necessary payment details.
You will have 3 days to make the payment through a banking institution. Once we have received the funds, our employee will contact you to confirm the delivery time and method.
